By registering for Art School Free Spirit, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Cancellation Policy. Please see our Cancellation Policy listed below:
Cancellation and Refund Policy: Registration fees are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your registration, please inform us at least 7 days before the start of the course. In urgent cases and with proper notification, we can offer you a credit for a later course.
Terms of payment: Payment is due at the time of registration to secure your child’s place on the course. Accepted payment methods are Venmo and Zelle.
Behavioral Expectations: We expect all students to participate with respect and kindness. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the class with no refund.
Release of Liability: Participation in art school activities involves a degree of risk, and by enrolling, you agree to release and hold harmless Free Spirit / 365 SEED LABS LLC and its employees from any liability for injury or property damage that may occur during the course.
Privacy: We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for the administration of the camp and will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.
